APPLICATION FOR CANCELLATION OF BAIL OF THE ACCUSED PERSONS

On behalf of the complainant in above mentioned Case that it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to cancel bail of the accused person and forfeit bail/surety bond as the accused persons are misusing the concession of bail and they were absent to appear before this Hon’ble Court and the witnesses were present in this case, the accused persons are habitual offender and threatening the prosecution witnesses of the case and Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest under section 75/76 Cr.P.C. has been issued against them by District & Session Judge Malir, Karachi.

True Copy of Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest under section 75/76 Cr.P.C. is annexed herewith and marked as annexure “A”.

Prayed accordingly in the interest of justice.
