APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF FIR
The Applicant, above named, submits as under:-
1.    That the applicant, above named, is law abiding citizen of Pakistan.

2.    That father of applicant, expired some days before, had rented out a room at ground floor to Mst. NAJMA with her daughter.

3.    That two rooms at 1st. Floor were locked in which our Shop's Clothes' rolls (THAAN) worth of Rs. 400,000/- were lying. On 27.07.2013, at 2200 hrs, Najma alongwith other 5 armed persons ingressed without permission  into the our dwelling, first floor and put the TT pistol on my head and threatened to kill if made a noise, having used filthy language with the help of other companions held me with rope and with the help of other 5 companions broke the lock of the two rooms  in which our Shop's Clothes' rolls (THAAN) worth of Rs. 400,000/- were lying were robbed and NAJMA threatened to kill if I created any hindrance to her job. After I made a noise on that Mr. Abrar Khan, Anees Ali and other Mohallah People came there. Unknown persons I can identify if they are produced before me.

4.    That the incident took place within jurisdiction of P. S. LANDHI, and the respondent is in Charge of P. S. LANDI, Karachi, on 27.7.13, the applicant tried to register the FIR of the incident in concerned police station but sub ordinates of the respondent did no co-operate and after delay of 2/3 days only entry was made and refused to register the case. Hence this application.
True Copy of Entry is annexed herewith and marked as annexure “A”.

5.    That the incident took place within jurisdiction of P. S. LANDHI, which is within jurisdiction of this Hon’ble Court.

PRAYER
It is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent to register the FIR of the incident.
Prayed accordingly in the interest of Justice.
