For the facts and reasons disclosed in the accompanying affidavit, it is most respectfully prayed on behalf of the applicant, above named, that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to set-aside the Judgment and Decree dated 29-08-2011 and 29-08-2011 respectively passed by this Hon’ble Court as the same is obtained by the Plaintiff by way of fraud, misrepresentation, fabrication, concoction and matter is requires want of jurisdiction.
