I, Mst. ______________ Wd/o. Late _____________, Muslim, Adult, holding CNIC No. _____________, Resident of House No. __________________, Karachi, am the absolute, legal and lawful owner of the property/House bearing No. ________________________, Karachi, measuring 120 square yards, Double storey building.

That, I say that I have two sons and three daughters namely:-

2)   _______________, CNIC No. ______________

3)   _______________, CNIC No. _______________

4)   _______________,  CNIC No. _______________

5)   ______________, CNIC No. ________________

I further say that my all sons and daughters are alive.

That, I say that, I have decided to distribute my above said property according to my will after my death, among all of my children. In this connection all of my children will be fully share holder of the said property bearing House No. __________________________________, Karachi, according to Islamic Law as a ratio of 2 (son): 1(daughter), I also authorized my daughters to handle all the matters regarding to subject property and whenever they required/need to sale the said property House No. _________________________, Karachi, they can do without any hurdles or any permission and my sons have no right to sale the said property without my daughter’s will, all of them have fully right to live/avail/enjoy the said property. But whenever my daughters sold the said property, my daughters are bound/fully responsible to distribute the shares according to my will/Islamic Law to my other above mentioned legal heirs and hand over their share to them.

I fully aware from the situation/fact of the matter so I have decided to this conditional distribute of the said property in my life.

This Wasihat Nama will not be effected during my life.

The above wasiat Nama has been prepared and signed by me without any coercion, threat, fear or any sort of pressure and be treated as according to my free will this _____ day of _______ 2014, here at Karachi in presence of all the above sons and daughters.
