DEED
This DIVORCE DEED is made at Karachi, on this _____ day of July 2012.
Know
all man by these present that I, ____________
son of ____________, Muslim, Adult,
Holding CNIC No. ____________________, resident of House NO. ___________________________,
Karachi, do here by declare and state as under:-
Whereas
I was married with Mst. ________________
D/o. ________________, Muslim,
Adult, Resident of __________________, with the consent of the both families,
the marriage was solemnized on ____________ according to MUHAMMADAN LAW at Karachi.
That,
I tried my best to maintain the matrimonial tie but could not succeed to
achieve happily matrimonial relation-ship due to our mental level, we could not
understand each other, in view of above circumstances I reached at the
conclusion that there is no possibility to live with her as a husband and wife
in accordance with the prescribed limits of Al-Mighty Allah.
That,
I have already announced verbal/oral divorce to her but she
demanded/pressurized me that divorce will be announced in written, so on her
demand I again announce divorce to her in the presence of two witnesses in
writing:-

have paid Dowry amount of Rs.
_________/- (Rupees _______________ only) in cash, according to the Nikahnama’s
point No. 13.
That
by virtue of this Divorce Deed I have released MST. ________________ from the
matrimonial clutches and she will be at liberty to contract to marry with
anyone after expiry of iddat period.
Whatever
is stated above in Divorce Deed is true and correct to the best of my knowledge
and belief.

DeleteSalam...sir mai aur mery husband 8 saal sy alag reh rhy hain kabi milay b nai kya mujy divorce ho gae hai kyu k yahan sab log Kehty hain k mujy divorce ho gae hai...na mery husband mujy sath rakhna chatty hain na mai un k sath rehna chati hu .2 bachy b hain hamary.

Hm dono ki love marige thi hmara sirf nikah hwa tha, or 2 saal bd Rukhsati ka time tha,
Ek sal bd mujhy karachi s bahir job offer hwi, job achi thi to mne subko newz d. Mne apne susral walon ko btaya to wo prishan hogye or kehny lgy k tm ya to divorce do ya phir isy ly kr jao to mne un s 25 din ka time manga unho ny inkar kr dya. Mne kaha thek hai m apni biwi ko ly jaunga 2 din bd. Phir m apne ghr aya to sham ko meri biwi ka bhai call krk kehta hai k aj hi ly jao ya phir divorce do. Phir m sadgi s apni biwi ko ly kr agya koi len dain n kya ksi b cheez ka.
Hm apne ghr m thy to ghr waly b is bat s nraz thy, to m apni wife k 7 alag rehny lga 1month bd mera accedent hogya or phir m apne mamu k ghr shift hogya, usi doran meri wife ki tbyt b thek n thi chek up k bd pta chla k wo pregnent hai, hum boht khush thy us waqt hmare baby 8 weeks k thy. Or doctr ny mera operation btaya qk mere paon ki haddi toot chuki thi is wjy s prishan b thy qk koi dekhny n aya hmen, meri wife ny btaya k uski famly usko n rkhygi or usk bhai ny b kaha k divorce peper k bina ghr mat ana. Us waqt meri wife ko aram ki b zarort thi or mera operation b zarori tha.
Or m apne ghr jaskta tha pr n gya. Phir hm hsbnd wife ny ek mashwra kya. K hm peper bhej dety hai jbk meri koi niyat n thi qk Allah ka azab hota hai.
Mne peper bna kr usk ghr bheja dya ye soch kr k meri biwi or bachon ko kuch month k lye aram mil jaega. Or m apne ghr jakr operation b krwa lunga. Phir operation k bd k apni wife ko ly kr ajaunga,
Mera tariqa ghlat tha pr hmari majbori thi. Pr ub mera bacha 14 weeks ka hogya hai. Or uski famly meri biwi pr sakhti krhi hai jiski wjy s meri wife ki tbyt thek n rehti or meri wife ko wo any n dety wo us peper ka bahana bna kr usy torcher krty hai, jbk Hadees o sharai tor p hmara divorce n hwa. Allah na kry k mere biwi bacho ko kuch ho. Islye m qanoon or court ki sharai tor p madad chahta hu k m apni wife ko apne pas la sku. Plzzzz iska koi hal btaen. Qk mujhy jald s jald apni wife ko apne pas lana hai.. plzzz sir help me.

ReplyDeleteKiya koi apne husband se baywafi Kary aur kisi aur Kay bachay ki momi ban rahi ho aur husband ko marny ki damki dy. Us ke bahi aur boyfriend tu husband Kiya Kary.bachy ki padhass ke baad husband ki warhsaat ka Maalk wo Bacha ho ga jo us ka ni hai. Ya apne bacho ka liye Kiya Kary.
