Dear Sir,
I,
the undersisigned Applicant desirs to get a Plot measuring about 120 Sq. Yds.
for this purpose, I pay a sum of Rs.__________________
(Rupees______________________________) only in cash/through Bank Draft, being
25%(Twenty Five percent) of occupancy value of the said plot as advance and the balance of the
occupancy value and other charges shall be paid by the undersigned in
accordance with the terms and conditions.
While
making this application, I am fully aware of my responsibihty for payment of
any rate, taxes or any other charges or levies which may be imposed in
connection with the plot held by me in above Housing Project alongwith other plot holders, by the Government/KMC or
KDA or any other public authority, and do hereby undertake to abide by the
terms and conditions detailed hereunder and I also undertake to co-operate with
the Landlord of Millat Town in all reasonable manners for the porpose of proper
completion of development of land and for efficient management of the affairs
of the Housing Project and shall make a
payment of development charges in respect of the said plot whenever demanded by
the said Landlord.
